Fields Description

I. Filter and search for Asset Status Report

• Profiles: Select the profile to search for status reports

• Report level: Choose to search for reports by region, property or department

• Date Range: Select the time range to search for status reports

• Clear all: Remove all previously selected filter conditions

II. Asset Status detail report

• To calculate the quantity of assets, the following principles should be followed:

  • For assets with dependent relationships, only count the child assets, not the parent assets.

  • For assets with units of measurement in square meters and a countable quantity, calculate based on the countable quantity.

  • The total number of assets on this report must be equal to the total number of assets on the detailed asset report.

• To view the Asset Status Report by functional location, select "Export":
