Fields Description

I. Filter and search for Assets Transfer Report

• Asset Category: Select the asset group codes to search for

• Report level: Choose to search for reports by region, property or department

• Date Range: Select the time range to search for transfer report

• Clear all: Remove all previously selected filter conditions

II. Assets transfer status chart

• Assets transfer succeeded = (Total assets transferred from confirmed transfer requests by the verifier) / (Total assets transferred in the confirmed and rejected status by the verifier) * 100

• Assets transfer failed = (Total assets transferred from rejected transfer requests by the verifier) / (Total assets transferred in the confirmed and rejected status by the verifier) * 100

• Assets transfer in the company = (Total assets transferred in the confirmed and rejected status by the verifier with the same old and new cost centers) / (Total assets transferred in the confirmed and rejected status by the verifier) * 100

• Assets transfer outside the company = (Total assets transferred in the confirmed and rejected status by the verifier with different old and new cost centers) / (Total assets transferred in the confirmed and rejected status by the verifier) * 100

III. Assets transfer detail report

• Search box: Enter Asset name, asset code to search

• Export: To download data in Excel

• Click on "Display" to tick the fields of information that the user wants to show
