Fields Description

I. Filter and search Fault

The search function allows users to enter search information in the search box and supports searching by "Fault Name." Users can also filter results by the following criteria:

Property: select the property name to search for fault in that property.
Functional Location: select to search for fault in a specific functional Location.
Fault Group: select to search for fault in a specific fault group.
Fault System Group: select to search for fault in a specific fault system group.
Fault Level: select to search for fault with a high, medium, or low fault level.
Asset Category: select to search for fault in a specific asset category.
Asset model template: select to search for fault in a specific asset model template.

II. The main function

(1) Create a new fault
- To create a new fault, users can use the "Create" function on the Fault management screen.
- Rnter all required information, making sure to fill out all fields marked with an asterisk.
- After entering all necessary information, select "Save" to create the new fault.
(2) Export: Click Export to download the entire fault in Excel file format
(3) Import: When creating a batch of fault, users can use the upload function
- At the fault management screen, select “import”
- Choose "Download template file" to download the import file template. Fill out all required fields marked in red in the template file. Select "Select File" to import the completed file into the system. After importing, the system will send a notification with the result so that users can easily check for errors and make any necessary changes to the file before importing again.
(4) View Detail: Select 'View Detail' to view detailed information about the fault.
(5) Edit: select edit to update
(6) Delete fault: To delete the fault group that is no longer in use
