2.1. Manual Shift Assignment

  • Double click on the blank area to assign shifts to employees.

  • Drag and drop to change shifts.

  • Click on the existing shift to delete it.

2.2. Import Shift Assignment using Excel File

  • Download the sample file from the upload section in the Work Shift module.

  • Fill in the information in the two sheets:

    • Shifts Schedule:

      • Employee code: The login username of the employee; refer to the data in the Employee sheet.

      • Fullname: Refer to the data in the Employee sheet.

    • Checklists:

      • Employee: The login username of the employee; refer to the data in the Employee sheet.

      • Functional Location: List of positions the employee is responsible for; select the Functional Area code from the file or enter the Functional Area code of the facility. You can refer to the data in the Functional Location sheet.

      • Checklist: List of job categories (Type of problem) that the employee is responsible for.

      • Priority Weight: The priority weight of the employee during the shift

      • The maximum number of tasks received: The total maximum number of tasks an employee can receive each time a work order is generated from KHDK.

      • Unit (ngày/tuần/tháng/năm): tổng số công việc tối đa nhân viên nhận được theo ngày/tuần/tháng/năm

3. Tạo Kế hoạch định kỳ

Select "Yes" for automatic assignment in the KHDK Execution Schedule.

4. Logic for Automatic Assignment of the System:

  1. Check if the KHDK tasks have automatic assignment.

  2. Check which employee is currently responsible for the task.

  3. Check if the start time of the task corresponds to any work shift.

  4. Check if employees are present in the shift.

    1. If there is an employee responsible for the task and the corresponding Functional Area (KVCN) matches the PGV task → assign it to that employee.

    2. If there are two or more employees responsible for the task and the corresponding KVCN matches the PGV task → assign based on priority weight and the maximum number of tasks each employee can receive. After the first employee has reached their maximum number of tasks, continue to assign to the next employee.

In the case where no employees meet the above conditions, assign the task to TBP.
