Screen Name

Search Section: Users can enter search information in the search box, supporting searches by "Group Code" or "Group Name."
- Type: Select the type of group to search for.
- SAP System: Choose the type of SAP system to search for.
=> Click the "Search" button to perform the search.
Clear All: Remove any previously selected filter conditions.

Information Fields:

Code: Group code
Name: Group name
Type: Group type
SAP System: Classification of SAP systems
Status: Indicates whether the group is currently synchronized with SAP or not.

(1) Adjusting the Asset Group Regarding Synchronization with SAP: In the evaluation group screen, under the actions section, select “Not sync SAP” or “Sync SAP.” The system will display a pop-up notification: “Are you sure you want to not sync the code xx between the CiAMS system and SAP?” or “Are you sure you want to sync the code xx between the CiAMS system and SAP?” → Click “Confirm” to complete the adjustment.

(2) Adjusting Synchronization Type for Multiple Groups: Users can adjust the SAP synchronization type for multiple groups by following these steps: Select the groups to be adjusted → Choose “Other Actions” → Select the desired adjustment type (Sync SAP or Not Sync SAP) → The system will display a pop-up notification: “Are you sure you want to cancel synchronization of the code between the CiAMS system and SAP?” or “Are you sure you want to synchronize the code between the CiAMS system and SAP?” → Click “Confirm” to complete the adjustment.
(3) Export: Click the “Export” icon to initiate the download.
