Summary

The screen allows you to define the Allotment Template that configures a default list of Allotment. The template can be distributed to many properties in the chain/organization.

Fields Description

I. Allotment Group

Code & Name: Code and Name of the Allotment
Select profile: Select the travel agent profile linked to the allotment
From - To: Effective From and End date of the Allotment
Action:
- Update: Update the details of the Allotment
- Delete: Delete the Market
- Add Profile: Click to select and assign an travel agent profile to the allotment
- Config Rate: Assign rate plan for Allotment

Create Allotment

Code: Code of the allotment
Name: Name of the allotment
Pax/Room: The number of people per room
From Date: Effective from date of the allotment
To Date: Effective end date of the allotment
Combo Category: A category set to facilitate mapping between Profile/Rate Plan/Allotment.
Create: Select Create to confirm creating the allotment
Cancel: Select Cancel to skip the creation

Edit Allotment

Name: Name of the allotment
Profile: Profile of travel agent
From Date: Effective from date of the allotment
To Date: Effective end date of the allotment
Config Rate: Assign rate plan for Allotment
Action:
- Update: Update the details of the Allotment
- Delete: Delete the Market
- Add Profile: Click to select and assign an travel agent profile to the allotment

II. Property Distribute - Distribute the Global Allotment to the properties

Code & Name: Code and Name of the Allotment
Select profile: Select the travel agent profile linked to the allotment

Select the allotment that you want to distribute
Select the properties where you want to distribute the allotment

Select Distribute to Property. Select Confirm to distribute the allotment or Cancel to skip the changes.
