The screen allows you to configure the approval processes following the standard process of each hotel.

Fields Description

• #: Order number of the report

• Name: Name of the report

• Description: Description of the process (details each approval level)

• Status: Active/Inactive the approval after the End of day process

• Action

  • 

    Copy the approval process from an existing process

  • 

    Edit the approval process

  • 

    Remove the approval process

Add Approval Process

• Report name: Select the report to approve

• Before NA Checking: Select this option if you need to review the report before sending to approve

• Level 1, level 2..: Select the approval groups by level of approve

• Select Add to add more approval level
