Summary

The Account Receivable application allows you to manage the credit availability and aging limits of an account or a group of accounts of guests, companies, or travel agents; also, the credit card transactions.

Fields Description

• Property: Select the property that you want to see the list of AR accounts

• Create: Add a new account

• Search: You can search by AR Number, AR Name or Status

• AR No: Account Receivable Number

• AR Account Name: Name of the AR Account

• Account Type: Type of account

• Profile: Link the AR account to a profile (you can link to many profiles)

• No of Properties: Number of properties that are activated to use the AR Account

• Status: Status of the account (Active / Inactive)

(2.1) ACCOUNT INFORMATION

• Account: Account Code

• Name: Name of account

• Account Type: Type of account

• Profile: Profile of Guest/Company/Travel Agent

• Phone: Phone Number of the account

• Email: Email of the account

• Tax Number: Tax Number of the Company/Travel Agent

• Address: Address of the account

• Country: Select from the Countries list of values

• City: Enter the name of the city

You can Submit to save the changes or Cancel to skip the action.

(2.2) PROPERTY MAPPING

ACCOUNT INFORMATION: list of AR accounts

• Property: Name of the property

• Filter: Filter by the property code

• Status: Filter by the status (Active, Inactive)

• All (Inactive all): Inactive all the accounts in the list

• All (v) (Active all): Activate all the accounts in the list

PROPERTY MAPPING: activate the property where apply the AR account

• Credit limit:

  • Amount limit: Amount of the limit

  • Due Date: Date when the debt should be paid

Remarks

The function is not required to login as a cashier. Can be used for Administrators/Head office.
