Summary

The feature allows you to add or remove a package for the rate code.

Fields Description

Assign New Package

For the inherited rate, the packages will be inherited from the parent.

Select one or many packages to assign to the Rate Code.

• Code: Code of the package

• Name: Name of the package

• Package Type: Type of the package

  • Include: The price of package is included in the price of the rate code

  • Exclude: The price of package is not included in the price of the rate code

  • Bookable: The package can be booked in extra

• Calculation Rule: Calculation rule for the price of package

  • Per Room: Calculated per room

  • Per Person: Calculated per person (adult or child)

  • Per Adult: Calculated per adult

  • Per Child: Calculated per child

• Posting Rhythm: Rhythm to post the package to the guest’s folio

  • Post Every Night: Post charge for every room night

  • Post on Arrival Night: Post charge on the arrival night

  • Post on Last Night: Post charge on the last night

• Min LOS (Length of Stay): Minimum length of stay of the reservation counted from the arrival date

• Max LOS (Length of Stay): Maximum length of stay of the reservation counted from the arrival date

• Link: Click on the icon 👁 to go to the package details screen

Remove Package

Click on the Trash icon to remove a package from the rate.
