Summary

The screen allows to map category to transaction code for recording revenue to CiHMS PMS

Fields Description

The screen is made of by following sections:

• Outlet

• Period: Serving Period

• Category: Categories are declared in each Outlet. The system will automatically load the information corresponding to the menus declared in the Custom Menu.

• Transaction Code

• Description: Transaction Code detail corresponds to the entered code. transaction code is declared in PMS Configuration >> Cashier >> Transaction Code

To update transaction code for category mapping, do the following steps:

• Click Export

• Enter the information + Save file

• Click Import, upload saved file → Click import

• Reload the page to see the changes

Remarks

Transaction code of products consists of 4 numbers (ABCD) configured from:

• Outlet code + Period code: ABC

• Category code: D

The system will automatically create the corresponding transaction code for each product in the order at the time of recording
