CiPOS App – Login – Toolbar – Time clock – Close Shift

Summary

Instructions for ending a shift and printing the end-of-shift report in the system.

Instruction

Steps to end a shift:

1. On the main screen, go to the Toolbar → select Time Clock → Close Shift.

2. The End Shift screen will appear as shown below. Tap the Close Shift button.

3. After selecting End Shift → A confirmation message will appear with the following options:

   • Cancel close Shift

   • Confirm close Shift

     

4. After confirming the end of the shift, select Print Report if you want to print a report of completed orders and the financial summary for the shift.

→ The Shift End Successful screen will appear. The user can continue by selecting Print Report to print the end-of-shift report.

Other Displayed Information:

• Cashier: User’s name

• Opened: Shift start time

• Closed: Shift end time
