Log in – Application – Rate Service Management – Config Advanced Daily Rate

Summary

The screen allows you to configure the detailed strategy for Advance Daily Rate (BAR) by date and room type.

Fields Description

[Displayed Info]

• Select Property: Select the property from the list of properties that you have access to

• Search criteria:

  • All Room Types: Search by room type(s)

  • All Rate Plans: Search by rate plan(s)

  • Clear all filter: Clear all selected filters

[Config Advance Daily Rate]

Select Bulk Update Base Rate to configure the details of Advanced Daily Rate

Enter the following information:

• Adv Rate: Select Advanced Daily Rate Code to configure

• Map Base: Select Base Rate to configure for the Advanced Daily Rate

• Add other: Add another Advanced Daily Rate to configure

• Date: Select the date range to apply

• Select the days of the week

• Add Date Range: Add a new Date Range

• Select Room Type: Select the room type(s)

• Save: Save the configuration

• Cancel: Skip the changes

Quick Bulk Update Advanced Daily Rate

Select the icon Quick Bulk Update on each rate plan to update the configuration.

Enter the following information

• Base Rate: Select Base Rate to configure for the Advanced Daily Rate

• Date: Select the date range to apply

• Select the days of the week

• Add Date Range: Add a new Date Range

• Save: Save the configuration

• Cancel: Skip the changes

Remarks

After configuration, you should click on the button Gen Rate to synchronize the configuration.
