The screen allows you to set up different statuses of the room and the mapping between.

Fields Description

[Filter] - Filter criteria

• Allows you to filter by Room Status, FO Status & Reservation Status

[Add] - Add a new configuration

• Select the Setting icon to clone the configuration from the global organization.

• Select Add to add a new configuration for the HK Status

  • For example: Room Status (Clean) + FO Status (Occupied) + Reservation Status (Day Use) = HK Status (DO)

• Select Edit to edit the configuration according to the operation of each property

• Select Delete to remove the configuration
