Fields Description

Filter by: Filter by Hotel or Villa room.

• Total Physical Rooms: Total number of physical rooms in the property

  • Out Of Order: The number of rooms that are out of order for the selected date and are not available for sale

  • Capacity (Villa) (%): Total maximum number of villa rooms available to sell

  • Capacity (Hotel) (%): Total maximum number of hotel rooms available to sell

• Inventory Rooms: Total inventory of hotel/villa

  • Sell Limits: Available Physical Rooms minus Out of Order rooms plus Overbooking

  • Deducted Non Pickup: Number of group rooms that are deducted and open for pickup

  • Deducted Pickup: Number of group rooms that are deducted and reserved

• Total Deducted: Total number of rooms deducted from inventory

  • Non Deducted Not Pickup: Number of group rooms that are not deducted

  • Non Deducted Pickup: Number of group rooms that are deducted and open for pickup

  • Total Non Deducted: Total number of non deducted (tentative) rooms, both individual and group reservations

  • Out Of Service: Total number of out of service rooms

• Available Physical Rooms: Total number of available rooms in the property

  • Max Availability: Total Physical Rooms - Out of Order Rooms + Overbooked Rooms - Total Deduct Rooms

  • Min Availability: Total Physical Rooms - Out of Order Rooms + Overbooked Rooms - Total Deduct Rooms - Total Non deduct Rooms

  • Max Occupancy (%): % Maximum occupancy

  • Min Occupancy (%): % Minimum occupancy
