Log in – Rate Service Management – Allotment – Tab Hard Block

Summary

The screen allows to create the Hard Block (HB) for distribution channels. When the Hard Block is created, the inventory will be deducted immediately.

Fields Description

[Filter] – Filter criteria

• Select Property: Select the property from the list of properties that you have access to

• Show Expired Allotment: Select this option if you want to also list the expired allotments

• Code & Name: Code and Name of the Hard Block

• Distribution Channel: Distribution Channel assigned to the Hard Block

• Block Series: Block Code from the Opera PMS system

• From: Effective from date of the HB allotment

• To: Effective end date of the HB allotment

• Action:

  • Create: Create a new HB allotment

  • Export: Export the list of HB allotment

  • Config Rate: Configure the rate code for the HB

  • Update: Edit the details of the HB

    

  • Delete: Delete the HB

    

Create Hard Block Allotment

• Select Create to add a new HB allotment

• Enter the following information: Code, Name, From - To, Distribution Channel, Nationality

• Create: Select create to add the new HB Allotment

• Cancel: Select cancel to skip the creation

Delete Hard Block Allotment

Select the Trash icon to remove the HB.

Select Confirm to delete or Cancel to skip the deletion.
