Fields Description

The cross-posting outlet screen is made up by following sections:

• Outlet: Name of outlet that guests can use service and room charge to their in-house room (at another property)

• Trx Code

• Description: Auto sync from PMS

• Action:

  • Edit: Click to edit transaction code

    

  • Delete: Click to delete outlet

    

Do the following step to add new cross-posting outlet

Click Add and enter following information:

• Outlet

• Trx Code

• Description: Auto sync from PMS

Remarks

After cross-posted by room charge, the total bill equal to the total value of transaction code recorded in pseudo room.
