Summary

The screen allows to manage list of menu of all outlets in property

Screen

Fields Description

List of menu:

• Name: Menu name

• Outlet: list of outlet using selected menu

• Action

  • Edit: Click to update the name of the Menu and selected outlets

    

  • Delete: Click to delete menu

    

Click on the Menu name to see the details:

• Selected menu screen is made up by following sections:

  • Code: Menu code

  • Level: The hierarchy of the menu, separated by a "." For example:

    • Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3: Parent menu

    • Level 1.1/ Level 1.2/ Level 1.3: menu of Level 1

    • Level 1.1.1/ Level 1.1.2/ Level 1.1.3: menu of Level 1.1

  • Group Name

  • Parent Group Name: Adjacent parent menu of the currently viewed menu

  • Item Quantity

  • Action:

    • Add: Add new menu

      

      • Code, Name, Parent Menu Group

      • Applying to Items: Select item apply to menu

        • Category: filter by category

        • Item List: List of products filtered by product group above

        • Selected Items: List of selected items

      • Printers: Select the printer for the entire product. Check "Update printers to all child items" if all products are printed to a single type 1 printer.

    • Add children menu to selected menu:

      

    • Edit: Click to edit menu

      

    • Delete: Click to delete menu

      

    • Able to import with the template: Click here

      

      • Click export to get a template

      • Add information to file + save file

      • Click Import and upload saved file

• Click on the group name to see information about the products belonging to the group:

  

  • Code: Product code

  • Name: Product name

  • Item Price: The price of the product is calculated before the service fee, special consumption tax and value added tax

  • SVC, SCT, VAT

  • Total Price: The price of the product is calculated after the service fee, excise tax and value added tax

  • Modified Item Price: if the selling price changes from the set price, a change can be made to the pre-tax price or the after-tax price in each menu

  • Modified Total Price

  • Printers: The printer prints the product in this Menu (When sending to the kitchen on the tablet / POS, each product in the menu will be sent to 1 or more corresponding printers)

  • Action:

    • Edit price, printer

      

    • Deleted item out of menu

      

Export details of products on sale for each Outlet:

• Custom Menu, click button next to button Add

• Click Export >> Click here to download

• If you only want to export files for 1 outlet, at the Custom Menu screen, filter under Outlet, then perform Export

Remarks

The information of groups in the Menu is only displayed on the tablet / POS machine, there is no value of grouping reports
