Report Summary

The report lists all pseudo rooms allowing to see the house accounts in the system.

Report Filter

• PM Account: Select the type of pseudo room (including PM room - Posting Master and PF room - Permanent Folio)

• Sort By: Sort by Room Number, Balance, Departure Date

• Sort Direction: ASC - Ascending or DESC - Descending

• Export Type: Choose the format that you want to export the report (PDF or Excel)

Report Form

Column Description

• Room No.: Pseudo room number

• Name: Name of the Guest

• VIP: VIP Level of the Guest

• Company: Name of the Company

• Arrival: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

• Prs.: Number of people reserved

• Balance: Total balance of the pseudo room
