Summary

The Room Queue feature allows you to manage the room assignment faster. Adding a room into the queue helps the housekeeping department prioritize cleaning this room before the guest arrives.

Edit Order

Search for a room in the queue

  • Guest name: Name of the guest

  • Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

  • Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

  • FO status
    - VAC (Vacant): Empty room
    - OCC (Occupied): Occupied room

  • Room Status: Room Status (e.g., Clean, Dirty, Inspected, Out of Order, Out of Service, Pick Up)

  • HK Status: Housekeeping Status

List of the rooms in the queue

  • Q-Time: Waiting time, calculate from the moment that the room is added to the queue to now

  • Order: Priority of this room

  • Conf No: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

  • Room: Room Number assigned to the reservation

  • Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

  • FO status
    - VAC (Vacant): Empty room
    - OCC (Occupied): Occupied room

  • Room Status: Room Status (e.g., Clean, Dirty, Inspected, Out of Order, Out of Service, Pick Up)

  • HK Status: Housekeeping Status

  • Status: Status of the cleaning task of the HK

  • Shift: Shift of the HK department

  • Name: Name of the guest

  • VIP: VIP Code of the guest

  • Action

    • Delete: Remove a room from the queue

    • Add room to Shift: The HK supervisor can base on the room queue to add the room to the shift of the HK. Select the icon “Add Room to Shift”

    • You can recheck the room that has just been assigned to the staff in the Report → Task Assignment
