Report Summary

The report lists all the incurred transactions by transaction code, date, cashier and by room.

Report Filter

• From Date/To Date: Filter the transaction with a Posting date within the selected date range

• Transaction Code: Select from the transaction codes list of values. You can select one or multiple transaction codes.

• Room: Select the room numbers that you want to filter the transactions. You can select one or multiple transactions.

• Cashier: Select the cashier accounts who posted the transaction. You can select one or multiple accounts.

• Negative Posting Only: Only displays the transaction having a negative amount (For example: adjustment transaction, correction transaction…)

• Revenue: Select the type of revenue that you want to display on the report

  • Net: Net amount excluding Tax and SVC

  • Gross: Gross amount including Tax and SVC

• Group By: Group by Cashier, Transaction Code

• Sort By: Sort by Post Number, Chronological, Cashier, Room Number, Transaction Code

• Export Type: Choose the format that you want to export the report (PDF or Excel)

Report Form

Column Description

• Date: Posting Date of the transaction

• Time: Posting Time of the transaction

• Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Name: Name of the Guest

• Supplement/Reference/Credit Card No.: Reference note on the transaction or the credit card number

• Trn. Code: Transaction Code

• Description: Description of the transaction

• Debit: Amount of debit to the guest's account, used for transaction group Revenue and Non-Revenue

• Credit: Amount of credit to the guest's account, used for transaction group Paid out and Payment

• Cashier: ID and Name of cashier who posted the transaction
