Summary

The Order screen displays all orders with the following statuses:

• Open

• On-hold

• Closed

Fields Description

Each order includes the following information:

• Order: Order ID

• Time: Date and time the order was opened

• TT: Order details

• Cover: Number of guests

• Total: Total order value
  There are two types of orders:

  • Orders not linked to a table (will show Ref information)

    

  • Orders linked to a table (will show the table number)
    

    

  • Ref/TT: Additional order information – entered by the user as needed

  • Table: The table number used to open the order

Orders without any items will appear under the On-hold tab:
