Summary

The screen allows you to manage list of orders with their statuses:

• Open: Orders sent to kitchen but not complete payment

• On-hold: Orders not send to kitchen and still holding.

• Closed: Completed orders (paid/voided/cancelled) today

• Below is details of order:

  

  • Order number

  • Open time

  • Table number

  • Cover: number of guest

  • Total

  • Status:

Specific orders:

1. Room Service order/take away order

• Ref: you have to enter order information (example: you can input customer name/Room number/…)

2. Order without items - show in tab On-hold
