Summary

The screen provides the list of lost & found items in the property and allows you to follow up the status of each item.

Fields Description

[Filter] – Filter criteria

• Search bar: You can search for the list of items by description, guest name or room number

• Status: Select the status of the tracked item (Found, Lost, Archived, Complete, Cancel)

• Created at: Date when we key in the lost/found item

• Expiry date: Select the expiry date of the item

[Results] – Search results

• #: Order Number

• Code: Code of the lost/found item

• Status: Status of the item

• Item Description: Detailed description when key in a lost/found item

• Confirmation No: Confirmation Number of the room that declares a lost item

• Not Found: The lost item is found or not

• Stay date: Staying date of the guest in the property

• Attachment: Attachment of the evidence (photo of the item for example)

• Area: Area where the item is lost or found, can be in the guest room or in a public area such as: lobby, pool, restaurant, etc.

• Expiry date: Expiry date of the item

• Actions:

1. Track Item: track an added item

Enter the following information to track a new item

• Status: Status of the item

• Finder: Person who found the item

• Confirmation No: Confirmation Number of the reservation of the guest that has a lost item

• Expiry date: Expiry date of the item

• Area: Area where the item is lost or found, can be in the guest room or in a public area such as: lobby, pool, restaurant, etc.

• Guest Name: Name of the guest

• Stay date: Staying date of the guest in the property

• Store: Where the item is stored

• Reported date: Date when we key in the lost/found item

• Receiver: Person who receives the item

• Valuable: Is it a valuable item?

• Linked Items: Link an item to another lost/found item (if exists)

2. Export: Export the report of the list of lost and found items

Select the status (Lost/Found/Archived/Completed/Cancel) and the date range that you want to export the report.

3. Import

The function allows you to track many items at the same time.
