Summary

The instruction of making a new order from the Floor Plan Screen

Create a new order for tables without guests (Available)

Step 1: Select the available table to create a new order

• If the customer is an external guest -> Select the corresponding number of guests at the table

• If the customer is staying at the facility -> Select "Lưu trú" to enter the guest's accommodation details in the screen below:

Room: Enter the room number
Name: Guest name (automatically retrieved from the booking via the room number)
No. of people: Enter the number of guests at the table
Nationality: Guest nationality (automatically retrieved from the booking via the room number)
Unable to Room Charge/ Able to Room Charge: Cannot/ Can pay through Room Charge (automatically retrieved from the booking via the room number)

Step 2: Select "Add" to create the order.

Create a new order for tables with existing guests (In case of shared seating/separate order)

Step 1: Select the table for which the order needs to be recorded -> View order

Step 2: Click “Create New Order” to create a new order at this table.

Create a new order for customers not dining at the table (Takeaway/In-room service)

Step 1: Go to the Order section → Select Takeaway (quick order creation) or Create New Order (with additional guest information)

Step 2:
If Takeaway is selected → The system will navigate to the menu selection screen.
If Create New Order is selected → The user proceeds to enter guest/order information (Reference Info): room number, guest name, or other details to help identify the order.

Step 3: Select OK to create the order
