The screen allows you to configure the list of meeting rooms of the property.

Fields Description

A meeting room has the following information:

• Room Name: Name of the meeting room

• Maximum Capacity: Maximum capacity of the meeting room

• Space Type: Type of event that can use this meeting room. For example: Event, Meeting, Wedding…

• Setup Style: Display the maximum number of guests depending on each type of setup (e.g., Dinner Style, U-Shaped, Line Shaped).

• Status: Status of the meeting room (Active/Inactive). You can activate/inactivate a meeting room by clicking on the toggle.

• Show Inactive Meeting Room: Select to also display the inactive rooms

• Action:

  • Edit: Edit the details of the meeting room

    

  • Delete: Delete the meeting room

[Basic Information]

• Room Name: Name of the meeting room

• Description: Description of the meeting room

• Space Type: Type of event that can use this meeting room. For example: Event, Meeting, Wedding…

• Amenities: List of amenities available in the room

• Status: Status of the meeting room (Active/Inactive)

[Extended Information]

• Maximum Capacity: Maximum capacity of the meeting room

• Square Unit Type: Unit of the superficies

• Room Size: Superficies of the room

• Width: Width of the room

• Length: Length of the room

• Ceiling Height: Height of the ceiling of the room

• Area: Area where the room is located

• Block: Block where the room is located

• Floor: Floor where the room is located

[Media Information] – You can upload photos or videos about the meeting room to illustrate

[Setup Style] – Different styles of setup and the maximum capacity of each type

Remarks

The system will prompt an alert when deleting a meeting room.
