Summary

This report helps hotel managers track booking performance by source (OTA, TA, Direct...) and key metrics such as revenue, room nights, and total bookings over a selected time period.

Fields Description

How to Use the Report

1. Select Time Range (3/6/9/12 months)

• Location: Top of the interface, next to the title: "Monthly reservation report from latest 6 months by Booking Date"

• How to use: Click on the number (default is 6), then choose the desired range: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.

📌 Purpose: Allows you to customize the analysis period to fit your reporting needs.

2. Select Date Type

• Location: Next to the phrase "by Booking Date", click to select a date type:

  • Arrival Date

  • Departure Date

  • Booking Date

  • Cancellation Date

📌 Purpose: Lets you analyze data based on different time markers depending on your goal.

3. Download the Report

• How to use: In the top-right corner, click on the iconto download the report file.

📌 Purpose: Export the report for sharing, record-keeping, or further analysis.

📂 Booking Source Breakdown

The report divides data by source:

1. All Sources – Combined total

2. OTA – Online Travel Agencies (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda…)

3. TA – Travel Agencies

4. Direct – Bookings via phone, walk-in, or the hotel’s own website

📌 Purpose: Compare performance and revenue contribution across different channels.
