Summary

The screen allows you to manage the list of packages that are applied in the hotel.

Fields Description

Search criteria

• Property: Select the property

• Package Type: Select the type of package

• Name & Code: Enter the code or the name of the package

• Show expired package: you can activate/inactivate by clicking on the toggle

The list of packages has the following information:

• Package Type: Type of the package

  • Include: The price of package is included in the price of the rate plan

  • Exclude: The price of package is not included in the price of the rate plan

  • Bookable: The package can be booked in extra

• Calculation Rule: Calculation rule for the price of package

  • Per Room: Calculated per room

  • Per Person: Calculated per person (adult or child)

  • Per Adult: Calculated per adult

  • Per Child: Calculated per child

• Posting Rhythm: Rhythm to post the package to the guest’s folio

  • Post Every Night: Post charge for every room night

  • Post on Arrival Night: Post charge on the arrival night

  • Post on Last Night: Post charge on the last night

• Min LOS (Length of Stay): Minimum length of stay of the reservation counted from the arrival date

• Transaction Code: Code of the transaction associated with the package

• Action:

  • Edit: Edit the details of the package

    

  • Delete: Delete package

    

[Update Package Info]

Go to the Update Package screen.

Tab Info

• Code: Code of the package

• Name: Name of the package

• Sell Date: Select a date range to apply the package

• Package Type: Select the type of package

• Description: Description of the package

• Calculation Rule: Select the calculation rule for the package

• Posting Rhythm: Select the posting rhythm for the package

• Min Los: Enter the min LOS

• Max Los: Enter the max LOS

• F&B Information: Select the type of package meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

• Transaction Code: Code of the transaction associated with the package

Select “Update” to save the changes.

[Config Package Details] – Config the range for the package

Go to the Update Package screen.

Select “Create” to add a new date range.

• Price Default: Enter the price for 1 adult

• By Season: Select the selling period by season

• By Range of date: Select the selling period by range of date

• Save: Save the changes

• Cancel: Cancel the changes

Remove a date range for Package details

• Click on the trash icon to remove the date range

• Confirm to remove the package or cancel to skip removing.

[ADMIN RATE PACKAGE TAB RATE PLAN] – Mapping rate plan to package

• Select 'Assign New Rate Plan' to assign a rate plan to the package

• Select a rate plan to assign to the package and you can search by the Code or Name of the rate plan

[TAG]

• Click on the icon :switch: to enable/disable tags for the package
