Summary

Instructions for recording a tip amount into the order’s total payment.

There are two ways to apply a tip to the order total:

Method 1: Manual Tip Entry

On the payment screen:

• Click the “Tip” button.

• A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the tip amount.

• Enter the desired tip amount → Click OK

• The tip will be added to the total order value.

• Proceed with payment as usual.

Method 2: Overpayment as Tip

On the payment screen:

• Enter an amount greater than the total due (e.g., if the total is 150,000 VND, enter 200,000 VND).

• Select the appropriate payment method and click “Payment”.

• The system will prompt you to confirm whether the excess amount is a Tip or Change.

• Click “Tip” to confirm → The order will be successfully paid.

If multiple payment methods are used, the system will ask you to select the payment method for the tip amount.

• Choose the appropriate method → Click OK.

To Remove a Tip

• Click “Tip” again → Delete the previously entered tip amount → Click “Update” to remove the tip from the order.
