Fields Description

  1. Search Itinerary (IT):

Search for a booking using the two pieces of information below:

  • Input IT Number

  • Booker’s email
    - Case 1: When there are multiple emails of the booker associated with different confirmation numbers in the itinerary number, the user can verify the booking using any of the booker's emails.
    - If the guest has not registered an email beforehand, and the customer service team of the hotel adds the booker's email to the reservation, the system currently does not support confirmation via the QRService link using the email after the booking has been made

After entering the correct information, the system will display the verify code screen sent to the email

  1. List Reservation:

  • Group the booking list by room type: In cases where the booking includes multiple room types, select the room type based on the arrival date.

  • Click the > icon to view the detailed information of the booking.

  • Select Booking Information to view and update the guest's profile information

  1. Upload document:

  • Select Booking Information → The guest list will be displayed on the screen.

  • Select the guest information that requires document upload, then fill in the guest details or take a photo/scan the document to record the information

  1. Pre check-in:

After updating the guest's profile information, click the "Pre-checkin" button to pre-checkin the guest's booking.

  1. Sign the registration card:

Select "Confirmation Letter" on the booking list screen to view and sign

  • The confirmation letter template is based on the property's confirmation template

After uploading the guest's profile information and signing the registration card, the guest is eligible to check in

  1. Check-in:

After the booking has been pre-checked in, the guest can check in:

  • Check in each booking: Go to the booking details and proceed with check-in

  • Check in all bookings: Perform check-in on the booking list screen under the following conditions:

    • All bookings have been pre-checked in.

    • All bookings have been assigned full room numbers.

    • The room status of all bookings is 'Inspected'

  • Check in multiple bookings: Select the bookings you want to check in and proceed with check-in

  1. Key code:

After check-in is completed, the system will generate a key code for the booking

Booking is required to be pre-checked in before check-in
