Log In- Outlet - Prepaid Card

On the toolbar, select Prepaid Card.

Tổng quan (Summary)

Each outlet will independently manage the sales programs applicable at their location.

There are four main operations:

  1. Selling (permission to sell)

  2. Pay (permission to accept payment)

  3. Top-up (permission to add funds to the card)

  4. Refund (refund to the card)

Fields Description

1. New Card

A. Customer Information

  • Customer’s Name: Name of the cardholder/customer

  • Phone: Phone number

  • Email: Email of the cardholder/customer

  • ID/Passport: National ID, citizen ID, or passport number

  • Address: Address of the cardholder/customer

B. Select the corresponding program or search for a program

On the right side, program and card details will be displayed:

  • Date and time of card purchase

  • Program name

  • Whether refund is applicable

  • Select payment method

    Two accepted payment methods:

    • CASH

    • Card (bank card)

    For Food Court programs, enter the amount the customer wants to prepay.

    Refunds are applicable when the customer pays by cash.

  • Click Pay.

    Print the bill for the customer, which includes a QR/Bar code for payment.

2. Check Card

Select Check Card.

Choose the Check Card function and scan the code on the bill.

The card details will then be displayed.

  • Cancel: Cancel the operation

  • Top Up: Add funds

  • Select the amount to top up.

    Choose the payment method.

    Print the bill for the customer.

    Re-Print: Reprint the bill if requested by the customer – enter a note as per the customer’s request.

  • History: Review past transactions.

    • Cancel: Cancel the action

    • Refund: Button appears if refund is allowed

    • Deactivate: Deactivate the card if reported lost

3. Top Up

Select Top Up.

  • Scan the QR/Bar code.

    Select Top Up.

    Choose the amount.

    Select the payment method.

    Once payment is successful, print the bill for the customer.

4. Refund

Enter the card information and process the refund using the supported method..

Customer Usage

Customers keep the bill with the code or take a photo of the code.

Customers present the code at the time of payment.

Cashier selects the payment method:

  • Enter the amount to be paid

  • Choose OTHER - PREPAID CARD

    • Scan the QR/Bar code – the system will check the current balance to determine if the card can cover the payment. Multiple payment methods can be used.

      Adjust or keep the payment amount – click Process.

  • Click Pay - Confirm.

  • Provide the receipt to the customer.

Lưu ý (Remarks)

  • Cards and programs from one outlet can be sold and used at all outlets within that location.

  • Multiple payment methods can be used together with the prepaid card.
