Summary

Instructions for reopening a closed order.

Note:

  • Only users with the appropriate permissions can perform this function.

  • Orders that have been paid can only be reopened on the same day; if the business day has ended, the reopen function will no longer be available.

Steps to reopen a closed order:

If the user wants to change the payment method due to an error:

  • On the closed orders screen => Click on the order to be reopened => Select “Reopen Order.”

  • The system will take the user back to the payment screen.

  • The user clicks the back arrow icon next to the payment method to remove that payment method.

  • Then, select the correct payment method to proceed with the payment again.

If the user wants not only to edit the payment method but also to adjust the products in the order:

  • After clicking the back arrow icon next to the payment method to remove it => Select Update Order.

  • The system will take the user back to the Order Information screen.

  • Here, the user can delete/add items or cancel the entire order.
