Report Summary

The report shows the alerts that are configured for the reservation. You can filter by:

• The area: Checkin, Checkout, Reservation

• Type of alert

Indicators:

• Conf No: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Room No: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Name: Name of the Guest

• Arr Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Dep Date: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

• Alert Area: Area where the alert is set up

• Alert Code: Code of the alert

• Alert Description: Content of the alert

• Created At: When the alert is set up

• Created By: User who created the alert

• Modified At: When the alert is modified

• Modified By: User who modified the alert

Refresh frequency

Every 3 hours. Start from 7AM.
