• Itinerary No.: Itinerary Number

• Arrival Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure Date: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Actual Checkin: Actual Check-in Date

• Actual Checkout: Actual Check-out Date

• Resv Status: Reservation Status

• Travel Agent: Name of the Travel Agent

• Company: Name of the Company
