Report Summary

The report shows the list of reservations that have a change. The report is made up of the 2 following sections:

• The change related to the rate (Rate Change)

• The change related to the date (Date Change)

Rate Change Report:

• Staying Date: Staying Date of Guest

• Itinerary No.: Itinerary Number

• Conf No.: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Company: Name of the Company

• Travel Agent: Name of the Travel Agent

• Source Code: Code of the Source booking

• Market Code: Code of the Market

• Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Old Rate Code: Rate Code assigned to the reservation before updating

• New Rate Code: New Rate Code assigned to the reservation after updating

• Old Amount: Amount of the reservation before updating

• New Amount: New Amount of the reservation after updating

• User: User who performs the change

• Updated Time: Time when performs the change

Date Change Report:

• Staying Date: Staying Date of Guest

• Itinerary No.: Itinerary Number

• Conf No.: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Company: Name of the Company

• Travel Agent: Name of the Travel Agent

• Source Code: Code of the Source booking

• Market Code: Code of the Market

• Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Old Check In Date: Last check-in date before updating

• New Check In Date: Actual check-in date

• Old Check Out Date: Last check-out date before updating

• New Check Out Date: Actual check-out date

• User: User who performs the change

• Updated Time: Time when performs the change

Refresh frequency

Every 3 hours. Start from 7AM.
