• Arrival Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure Date: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Company: Name of the Company

• Travel Agent: Name of the Travel Agent

• Room Class: Room Class assigned to the reservation

• Room Type: Room Type assigned to the reservation

• RTC: Room Type to Charge

• Rate Code: Rate Code associated with the reservation

• Rate Amount: Room rate by night
