Summary

The Room Plan screen allows you to search and manage the reservations in the system. The screen displays the details of reservation in the grid with the various color code that offers you an overview of the occupancy and availability of rooms over a period.

Fields Description

[Filter] – Search criteria

• View mode:
  - View by period: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days
  - View by interface:

  Flat: Flat view

  Room type: Group by room type

  Floor: Group by floor

• Room Type: Select from the room type list of values

• Room Feature: Select from the room feature list of values (for example: Ocean view, Mountain view, Non-smoking room…)

• Room Class: Select from the room class list of values

• Floor: Select from the floor list of values

• Room: Select from the physical room number list of values that you want to view the status of reservation

• Connecting Room: Select this option if you only want to view the reservations for connecting rooms

• Assign Room: Select this option if you want to view the reservations for assigned room

• Unassign Room: Select this option if you want to view the reservations for unassigned room

• Active Room type: The room types that are currently operational and in use.

  • The grid of reservations is displayed by distinct colors code according to the status of reservation:

    

    • Reserved: Arrival reservations

    • In house: Checked-in reservations

    • OOO (Out of order): Rooms that are in a prolonged period of maintenance state and not opened for sale

    • OOS (Out of Service): Rooms that are in a brief period of maintenance but still open for sale

[Results] – Search results

• Row: Displays the room number. Hover the mouse to see the details.

  

  • Name: Name of room type (For example: Deluxe room city view)

  • Room Number: Room Number

  • Room Status: Status of the room

• In cases where rooms are currently occupied by guests or have been assigned to upcoming bookings, the results grid will display the main guest information of the respective bookings. Users can click on a booking to display the booking information box for further inspection.
  

  

• Column: Displaying each day, with each day represented as a column of information. Users can click on the date box to select the desired date for viewing according to their needs.
