Summary

The screen allows you to configure the list of rooms of the property.

Fields Description

• #: Order Number

• Room Number: Room Number

• Name: Name of the room

• Room Type: Room Type associated with this room

• Status: Status of the Room Class (Active/Inactive). You can activate/inactivate a room class by clicking on the toggle.

• Show Pseudo Room: Select to also show the pseudo rooms in the list

• Action:

  • Edit: Edit the details of a room

    

  • Delete: Delete a room

    

Add a new room number

[Basic Information]

• Room Number: Room Number

• Name: Name of the room

• Room Type: Room Type associated with this room

• Pseudo: You can activate/inactivate Pseudo room by clicking on the toggle.

• Description: Description of the room

[Booking Information]

• Max Occupancy: Maximum number of guests allowed for the room

• Room Size: Superficies of the room

• Square Unit Type: Unit of the superficies

• Phone No.: Phone Number in the room

• Section: Select from the Sections list of values

• Block: Select from the Blocks list of values

• Floor: Select from the Floors list of values

• Room Feature: Select from the Room Features list of values

• Connecting Room: Is it a connecting room to other room

History: History of edited information

Export to PDF

Select “Export PDF” to download the list of rooms to PDF file.

Remarks

The system will prompt an alert when deleting a room.
