Log in – Front Office – Search Reservation

Summary

Allows to search for all information related to a reservation (Rate code/Guest VIP/…)

Screen

From the Front Office application, select the menu “Search Reservation”

Fields Description

• Search: Enter the criteria to search

• Property: Select the property

• Reservation Status: Select the reservation status

• Click on the “+” icon to add more filters (Arrival Date/VIP Guest/Rate code/No post/…)

• Reset: Reinitialize the filter

• Submit: Launch the search

• 

  Click on the icon above to enable/disable the columns that you want to display the search results
