Fields Description

1. Set Up Program

1.1 Main Screen

• Status: classify as Active or Deactive

• Expiration Date: expiration date

• Customer Type: type of customer

• Search: search

• Clear Filter: clear selected filters

• Add: create a new program

• Program ID: ID of the program

• Program Name: name of the program

• Outlet Type: type of outlet applicable to the program

• Expiration Type of Card: type of card expiration in the program

• Created Date: date the program was created

• Expiration Date: program expiration date

• Selling Price: selling price of the program

• Balance: amount available on the program's card

• Action: edit the program

  

To add New Program, do enter the following information:

• Click Add

• 

• Program Name: Name of the program

  Customer Type: Type of customer eligible to purchase this card

  • Loyal Member: customer already enrolled in a loyalty program

  • Non-Loyalty Member: walk-in or casual customer

  Outlet Type:

  • Food Court

  • General

  Start Date: Program start date

  Expiration Date: Program expiration date

  Expiration Type of Card:

  • Daily

  • Fix Date

  • Number of Dates

  Active: Enable or disable the program

  Refund: Whether the card is refundable

  Outlets Permission: Select outlets where the program applies

  Selling: Permission to sell the program's card

  Pay: Permission to use the card for payment

  Top Up: Allow reloading money onto the card

  Submit: Create the program

  Cancel: Cancel the creation process
