Fields Description

On the CiPOS main screen => Click on the toolbar and select the Settings function

Functions:

  1. Account: Used to check the information of the account currently logged in on this device. It includes:

  • Username

  • User's email account

  • Last login/logout time

  • Current software version

  1. Timekeeping: Used to open/close shifts and print the end-of-shift report

  1. Language: Used to switch between languages. Supports two languages: Vietnamese and English
    => The user clicks to select the system language as needed:

  1. Card Reader Device: Used to change the card reader device. Includes two options: Hexa and Decimal. The user clicks to select based on their needs

  1. Software Update:
    Used to check for the latest version of the software.
    The user clicks the “Software Update” button to proceed.

The system will display the "Software Update" screen:

  • QR Code: Used to scan and get the link to the latest version update list.

  • Open in Browser: Used to directly open the link to the software version update page.

  1. Device type:


In case one POS device is connected to multiple printers, the user can choose which printer to use based on their needs.

=> Click on the printer icon to expand the printer information and select the desired printer.
=> The user can also select a printer on a tablet device to print receipts directly from the tablet.
