Summary

The screen allows you to configure the list of pre-defined special requests of guests (For example: service discount, non-smoking room, baby crib, etc.)

Fields Description

• Name: Name of the request

• Code: Code of the request

• Action:

  • Edit: Edit the details of the request

  • Delete: Delete the request

  • Export: Export the configuration to PDF/Excel file

  • Create: Create a new special request

Create

• Name: Name of the request

• Code: Code of the request

• Status: Status of the request (Active/Inactive)

• Description: Description of the request

• Extended Information: Upload the photo for the request

Select Submit to save the configuration.

The system can support now 2 languages Korean and Vietnamese.
