Summary

The function allows you to terminate a key card.

Fields Description

1. Select the encoder device linked to the application.

2. Tap the key card on the encoder

3. Select button “View card information“, the system displays the information below:

• Room No: Room Number assigned to the key card

• Guest Name: Name of the Guest on the key

• Valid From “Time Date” to “ Time Date”

4. Select “Terminate card“ button.

The system prompts a message to ask you to confirm the action. Click OK to terminate the card.

Remarks

The card will be invalid 30 minutes after termination. This time can be configured depending on the operations of each property.
