Log in – Applications - PMS Configuration – Master Data – Organization – Transaction Code

Summary

The screen allows you to manage the list of transaction codes.

Fields Description

List of transaction codes:

  • Code: Code of the transaction

  • Posting Test: Posting Test of the transaction

  • Type: Type of the transaction

  • Group: Group of the transaction

  • Category: Category of the transaction

  • TAX: TAX of the transaction

  • SpecialTAX: SpecialTAX of the transaction

  • FEE: Fee of the transaction

  • Action:

    • Edit: Edit the details of a transaction code

    • Delete: Delete a transaction code

Add a new transaction code

You can add manually a new group or import from an Excel file.

Select “Add” and fill in the following information:

  1. For the type = REVENUE

  • Group: Select from the Transaction Group Codes list of values

  • Category: Select the category of transaction

    • Payment: Payment transaction

    • Paid out: Paid out transaction

    • Revenue: Revenue transaction

    • Non Revenue: Non Revenue transaction

    • Wrapper: transaction having code from 1 to 9999

  • Manual Posting: The transaction is posted manually or by the system

  • Inclusive: The transaction includes the Tax and SVC or not

  • Action buttons:

    • Cancel: Cancel the action

    • Save: Save the details of the transaction

    • Save&sync: save then sync the transaction code

    • Add: Add the breakdown Tax and SVC transactions for this transaction

  • Details of Tax and SVC transactions:

    • No.: Number of the transaction

    • Code: Code of the transaction

    • Description: Code of the transaction

    • Value: %value of the Tax and SVC

    • User input: Input by the user

    • Type: Calculation rule of the transaction

      • Percentage: Calculate by % of the main transaction

    • Base Code: Code of the transaction based on that it is calculated

    • Action:

      • Edit: Edit the details of the transaction

      • Delete: Remove the transaction

2. For the type = PAYMENT

  • Manual Payment: The transaction is posted manually or by the system

  • Deposit payment: The transaction is allowed to be posted when deposited

  • Cashier Payment: The transaction is allowed to posted for cashier

  • AR Payment: The transaction is posted from an AR

  • AR No: Number of AR Account

Import: Import the list of transactions from an Excel file

  1. Step 1: Select “Template” to download the template of excel file

  2. Step 2: Enter the list of transactions in the Excel file

  3. Step 3: Save the file

  4. Step 4: Select “Import” and select the Excel file to import
