Log in – Front Office – Reservation – Tab Arrival – Select a reservation – Select “Upgrade Room“

Summary

Allows you to upgrade/upsell room for guest.

Fields Description

Provide the following information to upgrade a room:

• Current Room: Current Room Number and Room Type

• Upgrade/Upsell: Select the Room Type to which you want to upgrade the room

• Choose To: Select the Room Number to which you want to upgrade the room

• Reason: Select the reason for the upgrade

• History: History of movement

  • Date/Time: Date & time of the movement

  • From Room: Origin room

  • To Room: Destination room

  • Reason: Reason for the movement

  • Move By: User who performs the movement on the system

Click “Save” to execute the movement.

Remarks

The Upgrade feature is only enabled for reservations that are not checked in.
