Report Summary

The report lists all the VIP guests who stayed or will stay in the property for the selected date range.

Report Filter

• From Date: Filter the guests with a Staying Date within the selected date range

• To Date: Filter the guests with a Staying Date within the selected date range

• Export Type: Choose the format that you want to export the report (PDF or Excel)

Report Form

Column Description

• Confirmation No: Confirmation Number assigned to the reservation

• Room No.: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Resv. Status: Reservation Status

• Name: Name of the Guest

• VIP: VIP Level of the Guest

• Arrival: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure: Departure Date assigned to the reservation
