Summary

For items that have already been sent to the bar/kitchen for preparation, users cannot edit the item details.

In such cases, users (with manager-level permissions) can cancel individual items or the entire order if it has not yet been paid.

To cancel an item:

  1. Click on the item name.

  2. Select “Cancel”.

  3. Choose a reason for cancellation → Confirm.

To cancel an order:

  1. Click the “Void” button on the order information screen.

  2. Choose a reason for cancellation → Confirm.

Permission Requirement

For accounts without cancellation permissions, the system will display a prompt requesting the user to tap a manager card with the appropriate permissions to proceed with canceling the item or order.
*This cancellation card must be assigned with the appropriate permissions by management.
