Filter

• Filter by outlet (All Outlets will be displayed by default)

• Filter by business Date

Export

• Click export and select file as needs

  

• Types of XML file:

  • XML File: This report is intended to subtract inventory

  • SAP Reconciliation: This report is intended to subtract inventory in excel

  • Revenue: This report is used for independent outlet which not post charge to PMS

  • Payment: This report is used for independent outlet which not post charge to PMS

• The exported XML file displays as picture below:

Remarks

XML files will be automatically uploaded to SAP at Night Audit (or configuration time for independent outlet)
