Lists the sold items.

Fields Description

Explanation of Filter Conditions:

Outlet: Filter by outlet
Category: Filter by item group (food, beverage, wine, ...)
Period: Filter by meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Business Date: Filter closed bills by business date. You can select a specific period.
Start Date Time: Filter bills closed after this date and time
End Date Time: Filter bills closed before this date and time

Item No: Item group code

Item Name: Item group name

Price bef tax: Price before tax

Sold: Total quantity of items sold in this group

Item Sold %: Proportion of the total quantity sold of this item group compared to other groups

Net Sales: Total revenue after tax

Sales %: Proportion of total sales revenue from this item group compared to other groups

Item Discount: Total discount amount applied to this group

Item Discount %: Proportion of total discount amount for this group compared to other groups

Gross Sales: Total sales revenue after discounts

Gross Sales %: Proportion of total gross sales for this group compared to other groups

Price bef tax: Price before tax
Sold: Total quantity of the item sold in this group
Item Sold %: Proportion of the total quantity sold of this item compared to other items
Net Sales: Total revenue after tax
Sales %: Proportion of total sales revenue from this item compared to other items
Item Discount: Total discount amount applied to this item
Item Discount %: Proportion of total discount amount for this item compared to other items
Gross Sales: Total sales revenue after discounts
Gross Sales %: Proportion of total gross sales for this item compared to other items

Remarks

• The time can only be selected based on one of two conditions: Business Date or System Date and Time (Start Date Time + End Date Time).
