Shift management allows for the efficient management of employee work hours and shift revenue report.

Fields Description

[To search and filter the list of work shifts, follow these steps]

  • The user enters the shift code information to search for the desired shift

  • The filter options may include the following conditions:

    • Employee

    • Status

    • Device

    • Time: Filter sales based on a specific time or time range → Select “Search” to proceed.

[To view the details of the filtered results and print a report, follow these steps]

  • View report: Select icon image-20241016-095311.png to view the details of the occurrences within the work shift, which includes two detailed reports:

    (1) The end-of-shift report: Lists the services sold and the quantity of each service sold by the employee during the shift. The user can select the 'Print report' button to generate an Excel file of the report for printing or saving.

    (2) Payment report: Displays the details of the payment methods used and the amount paid by customers during the work shift. The user can select the 'Print report' button to generate an Excel file of the report for printing or saving.

  • After the employee has verified that the data in the reports matches the actual occurrences during the shift, the employee can proceed to close the shift

  • Enter the cash amount for the shift closure in the designated field, double-check the entered cash amount to ensure accuracy then click on the 'Confirm' button to finalize the shift closure.

  • After confirming the shift closure, the system will update the shift status to 'Closed' to indicate that the shift has been successfully closed and all necessary data has been recorded.
