Screen Name

Do the following steps to complete general configuration:

(1) Select Logo and Stars for the hotel.

(2) Turn on/off the status bar to turn on/off displaying room selling information on OTA.

(3) Enter the Hotel Name, Description, and Notification in both Vietnamese and English languages.

(4) Set up advanced features:

Hourly booking: Turn on/off this feature to apply hourly room booking.
Monthly booking: Turn on/off this feature to apply monthly room booking.
Pay at the property: Turn on/off this feature to allow/not allow customers to pay at the hotel when booking.
Installment payment: Turn on/off this feature to allow/not allow customers to pay by installment. The condition for customers to pay by installment is when the payment is over 3 million VND.

(5) Post room charge policy when guests check-in: Users choose one of the three functions below:

No post: The system will not automatically post room charges when guests check-in. Until the guest checks out, the system will display the total room charge for the guest during their stay.
Post all: The system will automatically post the entire room charge during the guest's stay when they check-in.
Post the first night: The system will automatically post the room charge for the first night when the guest checks in.

(6) Enter Check-in time and Check-out time to configure the check-in and check-out time.

(7) Select the icon :tạo_mới: to upload images of the hotel.

Select "Submit" to update the changed information.
