Summary

To import a number of bookings simultaneously.

Fields Description

[Buttons]

• Choose: select the file containing booking data

• Preview: can only be used after the upload process is complete.

[Result]

• Itinerary number: Itinerary number assigned to the reservation

• Confirmation No: Confirmation number assigned to the reservation

• Room: Room Number assigned to the reservation

• Arrival Date: Arrival Date assigned to the reservation

• Departure: Departure Date assigned to the reservation

• Guest Name: Name of the Guest

• Status: Reservation Status

• Package: All the packages included in the reservation

• Rate code: Rate Code applied on each staying day

• Action button :reset: : clear all applied filters

• Action button :import: : start the import process (100 bookings maximum per process)
